1. Tell us about your current occupation and how you landed such a fabulous job.⁣

I’m a full-time freelance travel and lifestyle writer and I’d call it my dream job. But I got here through adversity: a layoff that turned out to be the nudge I needed. (I bet many people can relate to this!)

2. What's your best advice for PR professionals?

Foster relationships. Sincere ones. Meaningful ones. When it’s transactional, everyone knows.

3. What's a fun fact about you?

I’m a mom to seven-year-old twins.

4. Tell us about your favorite nonprofit and why.

Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, meeting the needs of so many in my beloved home town.

5. What's your favorite meal, movie, or vacation spot?

The islands of Tahiti: my favorite place on earth.
