The former vice president of global communications at Crocs, Inc. where she led all communications efforts for the footwear innovator, Michael has more than 15 years of integrated communications experience, including leadership roles at Build-A-Bear Workshop and FleishmanHillard, one of the world’s largest communications firms.

A mother of three, Michael is a noted lifestyle expert who has been featured on The Food Network, The View and media markets across the U.S., including Chicago, Dallas, New York City and Denver where she serves as the lifestyle contributor for FOX-TV Denver.



Jenn McFerron Sloan spent 17 years working as a journalist and live television producer at stations in Kansas City, Phoenix and Denver. In news, she fostered a love for creative storytelling and learned how to think fast, react faster and always adapt.

In her most recent role at FOX 31 & CH2 in Denver, McFerron Sloan produced an advertising based program, working with hundreds of businesses – big and small, local and national – to create targeted messages that resonated with audiences across all platforms. With creative content and innovative approaches, she helped them bring in new business and maintain steady growth. She was seen as an extension of their marketing teams, and developed a unique skill set which maximized her strengths – creating content that matters, thinking strategically, project management, and building long-term client relationships.

Serena Mounts is a PR and social media professional with more than a decade of experience. She specializes in media relations, strategic writing, social media and blogger/influencer relations.

Mounts has represented dozens of clients across a spectrum of industries, including AT&T, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Clorox, Dove, Energizer, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Noodles & Company and more.

Serena graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and a minor in International Business. Her previous employers have included SSPR in Chicago and FleishmanHillard St. Louis.
